NA Holding Welcomes New HR Director

Please join us in welcoming Laura Loxton to the NA Holding Corp. team!  Laura brings over a decade of human resources expertise to her new role, having most recently served as Benefits Manager at Southwest Allen County Schools and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at Do it Best Corp.

Laura holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and earned her Bachelor's degree in International Business from Adrian College.  She's also Mental Health First Aid Certified and regularly participates in HR training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices, demonstrating her dedication to employee wellbeing and continuous learning.

When she's not focused on HR initiatives, Laura loves staying active with fitness and outdoor activities, and enjoys spending time with her family.

We're thrilled to have Laura join our team and know she'll be a tremendous asset as we continue growing and supporting our employees.  Welcome, Laura!
