As our summer interns head back to school, we're reflecting on the remarkable contributions they've made across NA Holding's divisions. Our NA Core program connects college students with hands-on experience across our manufacturing divisions, and this summer's crew brought fresh perspectives, technical expertise, and genuine enthusiasm that strengthened our operations and culture.

Working closely with our teams across all divisions, each intern contributed their unique skills while learning from experienced professionals who guided and mentored them throughout their projects.

Process Innovation with Xander

Xander tackled process mapping across our multiple divisions, conducting comprehensive As-Is and To-Be process analysis. His work revealed critical inefficiencies and optimization opportunities, including role evaluations that led to immediate cost savings. Beyond mapping workflows, Xander developed capacity models and collaborated closely with general managers to implement data-driven improvements that will support our continued growth.

Culture and Employee Experience with Lucy & Monica

Lucy and Monica conducted an extensive culture audit across all NA Holding divisions, analyzing employee feedback and identifying key improvement areas. Their findings highlighted both our strengths and opportunities for growth. The duo developed actionable recommendations following a "Good, Better, Best" framework, creating Standard Operating Procedures and organizing team-building initiatives to enhance our workplace culture.

Marketing and Brand Development with Claire & Mueyae

Claire and Mueyae delivered comprehensive competitive analysis across all divisions, evaluating both content strategy and visual design. Their contributions included website content improvements, industry-focused articles, and marketing materials. Claire supported our content development efforts, while Mueyae contributed to design consistency across platforms.

Beyond the Office

Our interns didn't just excel professionally—they also embodied our company values through community engagement. The team volunteered at Humane Fort Wayne, giving back to the local community. They also strengthened their collaborative relationships through team-building activities, including an escape room experience that put their problem-solving skills to the test outside the workplace.
